Property must be vacated by the departure
time shown on this contract,
We reserve the right to make an extra
charge, when cleaning staff are delayed as a result of late departures.
2.
Cleaning of the property
Whilst in your occupation keeping the
property & its contents clean are your responsibility,
all cleaning materials are supplied along with
a vacuum cleaner for this purpose.
3.
Damage & *Holding Fee
You are responsible to the owner for the
actual costs of any breakages, damage or cleaning -
along with any additional costs that may accure
from damage caused
by you or your party. these costs will be
deducted from your (£20 holding fee*)
but are not limited to that amount. You may be
billed for the difference between this and the actual cost of the work,
If damage does arise please report as soon as
possible to the owner so damage can be rectified as soon as possible as not to jeopardise other
guest’s bookings,
*£20 Holding fee is extra to the cost of your
holiday but is incorporated into
the balance and it is returnable to you if no
Claim's have to be made
& will be refunded to you (By Post) within 14
days of vacating,
We apologise to our guests for having to
introduce a holding fee but due to the actions of a
few we have no alternative.
4.
Cancellation
Once a booking is agreed whether by phone/email/or letter, a legally binding
contract has been entered into,
if you cancel a reservation, or fail to take up the accommodation, we may be
entitled to compensation & deposit will be forfeited,
